When should I order to receive my merch before the event?
Order by 15th September to receive your merch before 26th September. Production and delivery take 5 to 8 business days on average. Orders placed after 15th September will still be fulfilled, but may arrive after the event.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery takes around 3 working days for metro areas and 5 working days for non-metro areas. For Sabah and Sarawak, please expect 5 to 8 working days, with metro areas at 5 working days upon customs clearance.
