Common Questions
Do we need to pay anything upfront?
Usually not. Most joint promotions and member rewards don't need an upfront payment. We'll suggest the best option for you in your plan.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum orders start from [MOQ] pieces, depending on the product. Many partners start with a small trial order.
Which countries do you cover?
We're based in Kuala Lumpur and deliver to [COUNTRIES] countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines. For event services outside the Klang Valley, travel and transport costs are extra.
How long does it take to launch?
Most campaigns go live in about [LAUNCH WEEKS] weeks. For events, please contact us at least [EVENT LEAD WEEKS] weeks before.
What do we need to provide?
Your logo, brand guidelines, and details of your offer or event. We take care of artwork setup, printing, packing and delivery.
Who owns the customer data?
Customers order through Photobook, so we protect their data under our privacy policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). In your plan, we agree on what we share with you, such as how many people redeemed, or customers who agreed to hear from you. [CONFIRM legal sign-off]
