Gift Card

● Currency restriction: This gift card can only be redeemed on orders placed in the same currency in which the gift card was issued. It cannot be used on purchases made in any other currency or regional store. USD gift cards can be redeemed in USD-based markets and in any market that has not been set up with its own local currency. Please make sure you are shopping in the correct store before redeeming.
● What it can be used on: Valid across our full range, photo books, prints, canvas and wall art, calendars, cards, and personalised gifts.
● Digital delivery: Gift cards are sent by email and are non physical, nothing will be shipped. Delivery is usually within a few minutes; if it hasn't arrived, please check your spam or junk folder.
● Balance: Any unused balance stays on the card for future purchases. If your order total is higher than your gift card balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method.
● No expiration: Gift cards do not expire.
● Keep it safe: Your gift card code is unique, treat it like cash. Photobook is not responsible for lost or stolen codes.
● Restrictions: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

How It Works
1. Choose your denomination.
2. Select whether to send the gift card to yourself or to another recipient.
3. Enter the recipient's email address and an optional personal message.
4. The gift card and its unique code are delivered by email.
5. Redeem at checkout by entering the code and the balance applies automatically.
