Joining
What is the Photobook Club?
Photobook Club is a free-to-join loyalty program. You earn cashback on every order, collect points that move you up our tiers, and unlock more as you go. There’s no fee, and no subscription.
Cashback and points
Can I spend my points?
We’ll have a list of rewards that you can use your points for. You can check out what you are able to redeem at the cart page. Redeeming points won’t lower your tier. Tiers are based on points earned and not your balance.
Do my points expire?
Photobook Club points stay in your wallet for a year since your last activity, so make sure you stay with us to keep your wallet active! We’ll remind you if it’s getting close to expiring too.
How do I earn points?
You earn points from your purchases and activities. Being in a higher tier applies a multiplier to the points you earn too! As a Base member, for every order placed, you earn 100 points per 1 USD spent. Points are calculated based on the order total excluding any shipping fees or taxes. Local currency conversion will also apply depending on where you shop from.
How can I check my points?
You can check your points in your profile page on the top right.
Cashback and credit
Cashback you earn for each successful purchase will be issued as store credit in the currency you purchased in. Expiration of this credit will depend on your tier, with higher tiers having longer expiration dates. The date will be shown in your account.
Can I use my store credits and reward discounts together?
Store credits and reward discounts can be used together, however reward discounts will not be able to be combined with other store discounts.
Tiers
Can I lose my tier?
We review your tier every 12 months, starting from the date your tier was last updated. At each review, we look at the points you earned during the previous 12 months. If those points don’t meet the requirement for your current tier, you will be demoted to the previous tier.
Referrals
How does referring a friend work?
Share your link. When your friend places their first qualifying order, they get 10% and you get points!
When doesn't a referral count?
If your friend has ordered with us before, if the order is cancelled or fully refunded, or if they don't use your link. You can't refer yourself.
