We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are personalised and made to order, they cannot be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind. You are always covered for defects and for your statutory rights, and nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

If your product has a defect

If your product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or does not match what you ordered, email us at support@photobookworldwide.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

• Photos of the defect from several angles
• Your full name and order number
• A description of the defect (for photobooks, the page number(s) affected)

If the issue is a production error or shipping damage, we will repair or replace the item, or where appropriate issue store credit. Reports made after 30 days may not be eligible, except where your statutory rights provide otherwise.

What isn't covered

We are not responsible for customer-generated errors, including spelling, layout, colour expectations from uncalibrated screens, low-resolution images, or ordering mistakes. Please review and confirm your design carefully before ordering — once confirmed at checkout, the design is locked and sent to production and cannot be changed. Products are printed as shown in the on-screen preview; we do not proofread or correct your content.

Handmade variation

As products are made by hand, the final result may vary slightly from on-screen images, including minor colour shifts, while meeting our quality standards.

How we resolve a claim

We assess the reported item and, at our discretion, repair or replace it, or issue store credit. We may ask you to return the item or provide additional photos.
