Your existing saved projects, your prepaid vouchers, and your store and shipping credits are all handled on the legacy (old) site. Please visit this legacy site to open and order your saved projects, to redeem your prepaid vouchers, and to use your credits.
We will give you clear notice well before the legacy site closes. When it closes, your projects will not be transferred to the new site. Additionally, your credits will be transferred to the new site, and any prepaid voucher that hasn’t expired will be replaced with a gift card (of the outstanding value) on the new site.

账户与登录
为什么我必须重新登录/重新注册？
我们需要您重新登录，以使用您一直使用的同一电子邮箱地址验证账户，这样我们就能将与该邮箱关联的订单记录、未使用的商店积分和账户详细信息迁移到新的 Photobook 网站。
请确保您仍能访问该邮箱的收件箱，因为您的账户将无需密码，并会依靠一次性验证码登录。

我的付款信息会被保存吗？
出于安全和隐私考虑，Photobook 从未保存过您的银行卡信息。您的浏览器或操作系统可能会在结账时自动填充这些付款信息。
如果我不重新登录，我的账户会怎样？
若要继续使用 Photobook 并访问任何商店积分和订单记录，您需要登录新网站。旧账户数据最终将根据我们的隐私政策被删除，因此准备好后尽快设置新账户会更好。
已保存的项目和进行中的作品

不，很遗憾，我们无法下载或备份项目文件。
那我购物车里已有的商品呢？
您旧购物车中的商品不会转移到新的 Photobook 网站。如果您一直打算订购某件商品，我们建议您在切换前完成购买。否则，您也可以在准备好后，在新网站上重新创建并添加该商品。
Can I download or back-up my project files before the cutoff?
No, unfortunately we are unable to download or back-up project files. Please ensure you still have the original copies of the photos if you’d like to re-create your project on the new site. If you’d like to finish and order your project on the legacy site, please do so while it is still running.
What about items already in my cart?
Items in your old cart won't carry across to the new Photobook site. If there's something you've been meaning to order, we'd recommend completing your purchase before the legacy site closes. Otherwise, you're welcome to recreate and add it again on the new site when you're ready.
Can I still use the desktop/ offline editor after the new site is up?
The offline editor (Photobook Designer) will be available for only as long as the legacy site is running. Once the legacy site closes, the offline editor will also be closed.
Will I still have access to my ePhotobook(s)?
Unfortunately, access to ePhotobooks will only be supported for as long as the legacy site is running. Once it closes, access to your ePhotobooks will also be closed. Moving forward, there are no current plans to provide an ePhotobook with your physical photo book order.

Can I reorder my old projects on the new site?
Old projects may still be reordered on the legacy site (while it is running), however it will not be available for reorder on the new site as project files cannot be transferred over.

我的预付代金券会怎样？
您的商店积分将会转移，但配送积分不会转移，因此请在切换前使用您的配送积分。如果您是 Photobook Pass 会员，您的配送积分将在新网站上转换为商店积分。该积分的到期日将与您的 Pass 订阅保持一致，因此您可以在订阅到期前使用。
